My wife and I went to see Angels & Demons but it didn't start for another hour. We bought tickets to Transformers and joked about how we could slip out to go see A&D. One hour into Transformers we decided it couldn't get much better and caught the beginning of A&D. It seems like a rental, with dramamine on the side.

That movie was exactly what you'd expect it to be. Giant robots, explosions, car chases, half-naked Megan Fox, and more explosions. And I actually really like the military fellas, Josh Duahmel and Tyrese 'I used to sing' Gibson. They're actually some of the more hardass characters I've seen on film. Think about it. Giant 5 story robots step up to them, and they're ready to rock & roll all over them! With rocks and sticks if need be! Go military guys!

Anyway, if you hated the Transformers movie, (either of them), you are missing the point. High art its not. Its everything a guy wants if he's looking to unplug his brain and be inundated with senseless explosions. I'm a guy like that, QED I liked it.
