A quick re-reading of "Criminal Macabre: Guns, Drugs and Monsters".

Gonna start "the Touch" when it gets here this week. Then finish "The Coming of Conan" before I start up "CrissCross".

Because a man needs demon slaying/head shattering/woman snagging awesomeness in his life.

Capo, CRISSCROSS is maybe the best of the Jack books.

I don't even remember the 'preview' thing from amazon, I just ordered it.

I dunno, for me there seems to be a weird slant with the books. I enjoy all of the repairman jack stuff so far, but All the Rage was ok, and Hosts felt sorta...off I dunno how to explain it.

But ever since Haunted Air it picked up damn well.

But i do get a hankering for barbarians slaughtering 'civilized' folks. And demons. And getting treasure and the babe for doing so.

It's fun reading about imagined barbarians. But let's not forget the civilized folks could nuke Cimmeria.
