As if the feds aren't making things difficult enough for Jack (or us) to preserve our privacy. The implantable chip marches on. Not only will the pols try to make it mandatory for all new guns, don't be surprised if they demand a chip be implanted in gun owners in order to own _any_ kind of gun.
