Well, Happy Birthday to you, too, Turd!

Why doesn't your B-Day show up in the calendar? Afraid to add your age to the profile?

Well, Happy Birthday to you, too, Turd!

Now that is funny! Jim, fyi, we call him Tard.

Do Americans use the term 'turd' the same as we do in the UK?

I knew it was his birthday, too. I just didn't want to embarrass him. I, on the other hand, need affirmation and attention just to justify my existence. Just like Stuart Smalley.

Don't know, how do you use it in the UK?

Thank you to all for the birthday wishes. The day came and went too fast. Alas, another year older. I didn't get any FPW books, but I did get "Mouse Trap" from my boys.

But why, Scott? You're good enough, you're smart enough, and, gosh darn it, people like you!

Happy Birthday, neighbor.

Great!

Best use for a mouse trap I have found is to put it on top of the snooze button on my clock radio.

Pardon my French, but turd is another expression for a steamin' pile of shit. Or a non steamin' pile, to be honest, but steamin' seemed funnier :)

The same in the US?

Close. It's generally used to denote a solitary anal extrusion.

As in, "He may think he's hot shit, but to me, he's just a warm turd."

Smoldering sloth dung, it's getting late . . . bye.

The twists these threads go through are often absolutely bizarre!

How does a simple birthday wish turn into an international discussion of terms describing fecal matter? . . . :( . . . :D

So you're saying that you (and indirectly me) are big steaming piles of shit? That's the nicest thing anyone's said to me!

Actually, I was referring to Ken's comment regarding being twisted and absolutely bizarre!

But, if being "Hot Shit" is okay with you, then please take it as a compliment.

Didn't I say to you: "Let me buy you a Guinness" at the bar at GU-3? Or was that someone else? Next time I'll just call you a turd instead. :D
