Hey Trish!

Are you and Matthew coming to Orlando in February? I'm in need of a roomie, though I don't mind hogging a room all to myself.

Let me know!

P.S. As the date draws near, I'm beginning to get nervous. I'm new and don't really know anyone. Any other newbies coming? Or are you all old hands at this?

They take good care of newbies. We'll take good care of you.

We - assuming that I get off my ass and make reservations. I still have no roomie, either.

As Jim said, we take good care of newbies. A proper marinating, a little trussing, and you'll be ready for our dinner with FPW.

Heh. Just kidding. Trussing toughens the delicate outer skin.

Woo hoo! The trussing could be fun! ;) But I don't know about the marinating, unless you want me to soak up some sun while sitting in a pool!

So what's for dinner? Newbies?????

After much debate with the checkbook, it looks like I will not be attending this year's gathering (There's another little conference I'm attending this month that is eating up all my spare nickels).

If you're marinating newbies, I have found tequila and orange juice works well. Though not really a newbie, I am relatively new to the board (all boards in fact) and think that this little get together would be a great time. I don't know all of you...well, I really don't know any of you, but I find the board as a whole, a very eclectic (and sometimes, volatile) group of people. Meeting you all would be great fun.

So, to all who are lucky enough to be going, Have a great time, and when you're at the bar lining up shots, add a tequila to the mix for me.

Well, said, Cyber-jack! Too bad you won't be joining us.

Yes, a sometimes volatile group! Ha! Exactly my thoughts, and one of the reasons there is a little voice in the back of my mind crying in the wilderness "Why are you doing this? You don't know these people!"

According to my horoscope today (an entirely accurate predictor of life - NOT!), I'm supposed to be planning a trip to meet strangers who may change my life.

So, I guess I gotta go! :D
