Bad link on main website page

Clicking on "Message Board" on the main page of the website just gives a "Not Found" error; shouldn't it take you to the new forums instead?

The new page doesn't have a "message board" link, it has one that says "forum." And it goes to the right place. Do you mean the link for the archive of the old forum?
